MasterClass Non-Stick 23cm Loose Base Spring Form Cake Pan is a quick-release Springform Cake Tin with a loose base that takes the hassle out of baking perfectly formed sponges and fruit cakes. Made of commercial-grade carbon steel with a reinforced non-stick coating, it’s designed to provide great results again and again.

The cake pan measures 23 cm (9”) across, and 7 cm (3”) deep. At this size, it’s a good all-rounder – as well as being perfect for sponge and fruit cakes, it’s also fantastic for baking cheesecakes, or individual tiers for a wedding cake.
